President

Carrie Gates
Carrie is in charge of monitoring and managing all of the activity of the chapter including overseeing all duties of all of the Vice Presidents. Carrie conducts chapter and handles all administrative issues in the chapter.

Vice President - Education
|
Katherine Davis
Katherine is in charge of educating all members, both active and new. She is in charge of the entire new member education committee and new member education program. She serves as the liaison between the new member's and the chapter & executive committee.

Vice President - Administration
|
Casey Lee
Casey supervises the general mechanics of the chapter, serves as the president's deputy and performs her duties should the presdient not be able to do so. She also chairs the administration focus group, plans and coordinates the chapter officer election process and officer transition, serves as chairman of the bylaws committee and maintains the chapter calendar.

Vice President - External Relations

Kate Corcoran
Kate supervises all external relationships that the chapter holds including alumnae, advisors, philanthropy and other greek life around campus. Kate oversees Theta's annual 5K run as well as the Alumnae Halloween and Easter parties.
Vice President - Finance
|
Margaret supervises the financial wellbeing of the chapter. She is in charge of member billing and fines, oversees all accounts, payable and receivable, monitors the payroll, balances the chapter books, produces monthly financial reports sent to the District Advisor, maintains the membership database and monitors the finance deputies and the purchase fund deputies.

Mary is in charge of running the weekly meeting and is in charge of all disciplinary matters within the chapter.

Vice President - Panhellenic

Leigh Alexander

Leigh is responsible for communicating with Panhellenic and serving as the voice of Theta during Panhellenic meetings. She learns changes that will be made to the bylaws or new proposals that will affect our chapter and shares them with the members. She makes sure that Theta is abiding by all regulations and that our chapter is aware of every decision Panhellenic has made.

Vice President - Membership

Caroline is in charge of the entire recruitment process. She budgets for recruitment, collects letters and recommendations, organizes recruitment within Panhellinic's requirements and then oversees the entire recruitment production.
